The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that investigations relating to FIR Nos.02/2017, 03/2017 and 04/2017, lodged with the Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB), be monitored. 2.

The learned APP states that the investigations are continuing. Some of the accused have been arrested while some of them are on anticipatory bail. He further states that the investigations are almost complete, except for the reports from the Central Forensic Science Laboratory. 3.

In view of the above statement, no further orders are required in the present petition.

The same is disposed of.

The pending application also stands disposed of.
