O R D E R

% 03.11.2017 Respondent no.2-Rashmi Aggarwal is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Virender Kumar of police station K.N. Katju Marg. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner no.1 and his family members, that is, petitioner nos. 2 to 4 before the Family Court, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi on 17th August, 2015 vide Annexure P-2. She further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 undertakes to remain bound by the terms of the settlement. Keeping in mind that petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably vide Annexure P-2, in the interest of justice, FIR

No.580/14 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC registered at police station K.N. Katju Marg and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
