% 07.03.2019 The grievance in the present petition was regarding alleged unauthorized construction in certain properties in Chatta Nabab Saheb, Farash Khana, Delhi.

Mr. Arvind Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is satisfied with the action that has been taken by respondents Nos. 1 and 2/ North-DMC; and in view thereof he wishes to withdraw the petition.
