The present bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 17.12.2018 with a direction to the trial court to expedite the recording of the prosecution witnesses and make an endeavour to complete the same preferably within a period of eight months.

A request was received from the trial court to extend the time and the same was extended by a period of four months vide order dated 23.09.2019. 4.

Another request has been received vide communication dated 20.01.2020 wherein it was stated that the matter was listed for the statement of the accused but since the accused persons could not be produced from judicial custody, the case was adjourned for 30.01.2020. 5.

In view of the request made the trial court shall make an endeavour to expedite and conclude the trial preferably within a period of three months from today.
