This application has been filed by the petitioner seeking review of our order dated 26th February, 2018. In our view, other than a factual error with regard to date of filing of the petition in para 20 of the said order, no ground for review is made out. 2.

We clarify that the date of filing the present writ petition in para 20 of our order dated 26th February, 2018 shall read as 30th October, 2017.
