He submits that the matter has been settled between the parties vide Compromise Deed dated 18.11.2017, hence the petitioner be allowed to withdraw the petition. It is submitted that parties shall be bound by the terms of the Compromise Deed. In view of the submissions, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
