% 03.01.2018 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably; therefore, FIR No. 340/2013 under Sections 509/324/34 IPC registered at police station Vashant Kunj North, on the complaint of respondent no. 2 and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed. Initially, FIR was registered under Sections 509/324/34 IPC; subsequently, Section 427 IPC was also added. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Sandeep Sharma of Police Station Vasant Kunj North. Respondent no. 2 submits that she has settled the matter

with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, vide a Compromise/Mutual Settlement dated 10th May, 2017 and she has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. Affidavit of respondent no. 2 is also on record at page 13. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 340/2013 under Sections 509/324/427/34 IPC registered at police station Vashant Kunj North and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
