O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 47/2017 This petition has been filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('the Act') seeking extension of time for making of the Award.

Issue notice.

Notice is accepted by Mr. Udit Seth, Advocate, who appears for the respondent and waives his right to file a reply. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection if the prayer made in the petition is granted. In fact, the consent of the learned counsel for the respondent, in this regard, is also recorded in the Arbitral proceedings dated

09.09.2017.

Keeping in mind the above submissions, as also the contents of the petition, the prayer made in the petition is granted and the time for making the Award is extended upto 24.05.2018.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no orders as to costs. Dasti.
