% 09.01.2018 Counsel for the respondent states that the refund application of the petitioner has been processed but payment could not be made as the details of the petitioner's bank account in Delhi are not available. Counsel for the petitioner states that the details of the bank account in Delhi would be furnished to the counsel for the respondent within a week. On the said details being furnished, due amount will be refunded within a period of two weeks thereafter. In case the respondent is denying to pay interest, a speaking order would be passed within a period of one month from today. The petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid statements and with the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of without any order as to costs. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
