% 02.11.2017 The petitioner has brought the original documents of respondent n o.3. The same has been handed over to her. Both the parties state that they would like to mutually end their marriage and obtain a decree for divorce. They may, accordingly, take appropriate steps. In case an application is moved under the proviso to Section 14 of Hindu Marriage Act, the competent court shall consider the same sympathetically considering the fact that both the petitioner and respondent

no.3 are very young and have hardly stayed together as husband and wife, and are of the confirmed view that they wish to end their marriage. The order passed in earlier proceedings granting protection to the petitioner and respondent no.3 while they were residing together stands vacated.

The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Dasti.
