% 29.01.2018 Petition has joined investigation. This has admitted by the learned APP. It is submitted that the specimen signature of the petitioner has also been taken and the specimen and the question signature has been sent to the CFSL for an opinion; the opinion is awaited. It is further stated, under instructions from the investigating officer, that charge sheet is most likely to be filed within the next three weeks. Petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when summoned by the investigating officer. Interim order dated 17.11.2017 is confirmed.

In the event of arrest, the petitioner be admitted to bail on his furnishing of personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned SHO. Petition disposed of.
