% 12.12.2017 Without prejudice to the plea of the respondents as regards the maintainability of the instant writ petition before this Court on the ground of territorial jurisdiction, ld. counsel for the respondents submits that steps have been taken by the respondents for verification of the allegations made in the instant petition. During the course of haring, ld. counsel for the respondents submits that the instant petition can be treated to be representation of the petitioner, to be decided in a time bound manner.
Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances and the submissions that have come to be made, keeping open the issue of maintainability of the instant petition before this Court on account of territorial jurisdiction, the petition is disposed off, with a direction to
respondent nos. 1 to 3 to treat the instant writ petition as representation of the petitioner, to be disposed off within six weeks, by a speaking order, giving an opportunity of hearing, if required, to the petitioner. Decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter. Petition and the pending application(s) stand disposed off accordingly.
