% 21.11.2019 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that, the present petition has since been rendered infructuous and seeks leave to withdraw the same with liberty to institute a protest petition, in accordance with law, qua the closure report dated 12.04.2019 in FIR No.552/2017, under Sections 323/325/34 IPC, Police Station- Hari Nagar, against nine officials of Central Jail, Tihar, before the Court of competent Magistrate. Leave and liberty granted.
