The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning the order of the Authorization Committee rejecting the petitioner's request for kidney transplantation.

It is seen that the said order is appealable under Section 17 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994; accordingly, the said petition and application are disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedies under the said Act.
