% 03.11.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 are neighbours. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue which led to registration of FIR No. 844/2015 under Sections 354/323/506/341/34 IPC at police station Samaipur Badli, on the complaint of respondent no2. Now, petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini Courts, Delhi on 4th August, 2017 vide Annexure-C, therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Dharmender Pratap Singh of police station Samaipur Badli. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and

without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 before the Mediation Centre voluntarily and respondent no.2 has no objection in quashing of the FIR, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
