% 03.11.2017 It is submitted that petitioner is brother-in-law of respondent no.2. With the intervention of their elders in the family, petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No. 210/14 under Sections 451/354/354A/509/506 IPC registered at police station Jagat Puri on the complain of respondent no.2 may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Praveen of police station Jagat Puri. She admits having settled the matter with the petitioner amicably vide Compromise Deed dated 31st October, 2015 of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, she does not wish to pursue the FIR
any further.
Keeping in view that petitioner and respondent no.2 are related to each other and have settled their disputes amicably, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
