% 23.02.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of order dated 14.06.2017 vide which the petitioner's request for reinspection of the petitioner/institute was rejected. However upon notice being issued in the present matter, learned counsel for the respondent had initially sought time to file counter affidavit. Today, learned counsel for the respondent submits on instructions, that in case the petitioner submits a fresh application for inspection, the same would be considered expeditiously by the respondent as per procedure.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to move an appropriate application for fresh inspection to the respondent. He

further prays that the respondents may be directed to take a decision thereon and conduct the inspection within a reasonable timeframe. Accordingly, it is directed that in case the petitioner makes an application as per procedure within three weeks, the same would be considered expeditiously by the respondents by passing a reasoned order and conducting a fresh inspection and take other appropriate steps within six weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in the above terms. REKHA PALLI, J FEBRUARY 23, 2018 sr
