% 02.11.2017 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that since the filing of the petition, by an administrative order the Roster has been changed and the case has been assigned to another Court. The petition has become virtually infructuous.

In the circumstances, the learned Counsel seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue remedy of his grievances, if any, as may be available in law.

Liberty granted.

The petition alongwith pending application is dismissed as withdrawn.
