Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and submits that the grievance of the petitioner is that the order dated 09.05.2018 and subsequent order dated 14.11.2018 are not reasoned order and without giving any opportunity to the petitioner of being heard. Counsel for the respondent further submits that a fresh reasoned order

to this effect would be passed.

Accordingly, I hereby direct the respondent to treat the present petition as representation of the petitioner and decide the same within six weeks.

I hereby make it clear that if any further inputs, the petitioner would like to make, that would be within one week from today and decision shall be taken after six weeks from the receipt of inputs from the petitioner, if any, and the decision to be taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week after giving opportunity to the petitioner of being heard. With these observations, the petition is disposed of. The orders dated 09.05.2018 & 14.11.2018 are quashed. In view of the order passed in the writ petition today, CM APPLN. No. 50603/2018 has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of, as such.
