By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking quashing of case FIR No. 415/2015 registered under Section 365 IPC at PS Sonia Vihar and consequential proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.
Status report on behalf of the State has been filed to the following effect:- "During the course of the investigation the Prosecutrix has sent to the police copy of her marriage documents, which have been verified and it has been found that she got married with the alleged person namely Akash named earlier. During the further course of the investigation of the above noted case, the statement of the Prosecutrix has been got W.P.(CRL) 2170/2015
recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Karkardooma Court, Delhi wherein the Prosecutrix has stated that she had left on her own, got married with Akash as she is major and she is happy with her marriage.
It is further submitted that keeping in view the facts mentioned above, that the Prosecutrix is a major, she has got married with Akash by her own will, the final report in the form of cancellation report into the above noted case is being prepared for the disposal as per law."

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
