Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants. 2.

Inspector G.N. Tiwari is also present in Court and has been heard. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants/petitioners submits that the order dated 07.08.2024, vide which the applicants/petitioners were granted bail, is required to be modified/clarified. He urges that the said modification is sought in view of various facts and circumstances such as the applicants/petitioners may be required to appear in Court, where the complainant may also appear. In addition, he submits that some of the witnesses are the complainants in some other cases as well. 4.

Keeping in mind the nature of submissions made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants/petitioners and also the fact that the applicants/petitioners may require to travel to various parts of the country because of their livelihood, this Court finds it necessary to modify Clause (a) of paragraph no.37 of the aforesaid order to the extent that the "petitioners shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court". 5.

With respect to Clauses (e) and (g), the same are only clarified to the extent that the applicants/petitioners shall remain 100 meters away from the complainant and shall not try to contact the witnesses of the cases, unless the same is required in view of the appearance of the applicants/petitioners in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
