% 22.03.2018 The proposed Arbitrator has filed his disclosure statement in terms of the Section 11(8) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Having perused the same, I see no impediment in confirming his appointment. Accordingly, Mr. S.M. Chopra, Retd. Additional District Judge, Flat No. 181, Deshbandhu Apartments, Kalkaji, New Delhi is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties. The appointment shall be in terms of the order dated 27.02.2018 passed by this Court.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
