IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI

+ W.P.(C) 9157/2015 & CM No.30173/2015 NEELAM ..... Petitioner Through:

Mr Premsagar Pal, Advocate.

versus LAWYERS' CHAMBERS ALLOTMENT COMMITTEE AND ORS.

..... Respondents Through:

Rajeshwar Rao and Mr Abhimanyu, Advocates for R-1 & 3.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU

O R D E R

% 10.10.2017 1.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner's application for allotment of a chamber at Saket Court Complex has been accepted and the petitioner's name features at serial no.78 of the list of candidates found eligible for allotment of chambers. 2.

In view of the above, the petitioner's grievance that her application for allotment of chamber has not been considered no longer survives. Needless to mention that the question of allotment of a chamber to the petitioner would be considered by the concerned committee in accordance with rules and regulations framed in that regard. 3.

The petition is disposed of.
