% 19.03.2018 Learned counsel for the respondents has produced before us a photocopy of the letter dated 15.3.2018 stating that the impugned communication dated 26.9.2017, issued to the petitioner, is withdrawn and credit for all the taxes paid would be given to the petitioner, as per the directions given by the High Court in WP (C) No. 11216/2016.

We take the said letter on record and accordingly dispose of the writ petition, without any order as to costs. CM No.8141/2018 is also disposed of. The respondents would be bound by the letter dated 15.3.2018.

The respondents would accordingly issue and furnish copy of Form-4 in accordance with Income Declaration Scheme Rules, 2016

within three weeks, when a copy of this order is received. Dasti under signature of the Court Master.
