% 09.03.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.248/2017 under Sections 452/427/323/506/34 IPC registered at PS Roop Nagar on the complaint of one Anuj. In the complaint Anuj stated that on 14th October, 2017 at about 11.15 PM two persons namely Ashish and his brother Bablu came with dandas in their hands in his shop and started beating him without any rhyme and reason. Anuj was taken to the hospital. The injury on Anuj have been opined to be simple in nature. Pursuant to the interim protection granted to the petitioner vide order dated 8th November, 2017 petitioner has already joined the investigation. BAIL APPLN. 2261/2017
Petition is accordingly disposed of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is therefore directed that in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/ SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that petitioner will not leave the country without the prior permission of the Court concerned.
