WP(C) No.10276/2017 The petitioner has filed the present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of prohibition and for issuing directions to the respondents to restrain them from taking any action in furtherance of the decision for disbandment of ordnance depot, Shakur Basti, till the pendency of the proceedings in the Court of Chief Labour Commissioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has raised a dispute and has filed a complaint regarding the aforesaid matter, which is pending before the Assistant Labour Commissioner

('ALC') vide ID No.10290/2017 and the next date fixed therein is 11.12.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submits that the ALC be directed to expedite the proceedings. Accordingly, the Commissioner/ALC is directed to expedite the proceedings and decide about the complaint filed by the petitioner in the aforesaid ID, preferably within a period of eight weeks from 11.12.2017.

In view of the aforesaid order, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
