This is an application filed by respondent no.2/Delhi Medical Council (DMC) for extension of time granted for completion of hearing vide order dated 15.11.2017.

Issue notice. Mrs. Kawaljit Kochar accepts notice on behalf of non-applicant/petitioner. Learned counsel says that she does not wish to file a reply.

The only submission of the learned counsel for the nonapplicant/petitioner is that the hearing should be completed at the earliest.

Having regard to the assertions made in the application, the time for completion of hearing and passing an order is extended by another eight weeks.

The application is, accordingly, disposed of.
