The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondents to issue Visa to the petitioner's husband in a time bound manner.

Mr Jasmeet Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents states, on instructions, that the petitioner's husband has not been issued a Visa as he was blacklisted. He also states that the period of blacklisting is ending on 14.05.2019, and his application for Visa would be processed in accordance with law thereafter. He further states that if the petitioner's husband - Igwe Christian Obianke - applies for a visa thereafter, the same would be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh if the cause so arises. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
