This is an application filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.508/2017 under Sections 420/ 120-B/34 IPC, PS Seelampur, Delhi.

Status report has been filed by the State.

Learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation. She further submits that in this case presently chargesheet has been filed against her son Waseem only but not against the present petitioner, who is mother of Waseem. Learned APP for the State further submits that specimen thumb impressions of present petitioner Shakeela Begum have been sent to FSL for examination and subject to the outcome of examination of her thumb impression by FSL, supplementary chargesheet may be filed against her.

In view of the submissions made above, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the SHO/IO concerned. Protection granted earlier to the petitioner shall continue till completion of the investigation and in case, she is required to be arrested in the above noted FIR, seven days notice shall be given by the IO to the petitioner. 5.

With above observations, the bail application stand disposed of. 6.
