% 19.07.2018 The petitioner's daughter Shivani has been produced from Kilkari. She states that she wishes to go back to her parental home and wishes to reside there. Accordingly, we direct that Shivani and her parents be provided safe passage to their residence. She has assured the Court that she shall not leave her parental home without intimating to her parents. Her belongings may be got collected from Kilkari, Kashmere Gate. The IO concerned shall provide assistance in this regard.

The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. The date already fixed stands cancelled.
