% 16.11.2017 The petitioner filed a petition for annulment of the marriage under Section 12(a) of the Hindu Marriage Act against the respondent on 07th October, 2014 and the same is listed for petitioner's evidence on 20th November, 2017. The petitioner is seeking expeditious hearing and disposal of the petition.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same. The petition is allowed and the learned Family Court is directed to expedite the hearing and disposal of the petitioner's petition and endeavour to decide the same within a period of 9 months from today. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
