% 09.01.2018 A status report has been filed in the Court today by the counsel for the respondent No.1. The same is taken on record. A copy of the same has also been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner. In para 3, the respondent No.1 has stated as under:- "3.

That the property bearing No. 2177, Gali Chowkidar Wali, Ahata Kale Sahab, Ballimaran, Delhi-06 has been inspected by the field staff. During the inspection, it was noticed that property in question comprises of ground floor and first floor and the same is old and residentially occupied. On the terrace of first floor there was one room in the shape of barsati which is being repaired after due intimation to the Department regarding repair. As of now no new construction

has been noticed. Upon noticing any unauthorized construction, appropriate action shall be taken in accordance with law."

In view of the stand taken by the respondent No.1, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition. The same is dismissed as withdrawn.
