% 29.11.2017 Counsel for the respondent submits he accepts offer of Rs.50,000/- as costs as recorded in the proceedings dated 07.11.2017 and concedes to the impugned order dated 01.09.2017 to be set aside and the written statement of the petitioner taken on record condoning the delay. The petition along with application is disposed of accordingly. The impugned order striking off the defence of the petitioner is set aside. The written statement of the petitioner shall be taken on record by the trial court, subject to payment of costs of Rs.50,000/- to the opposite party. Dasti under the signature of Court Master.
