O.M.P. (E) 7/2017 This petition is for summoning the witness named in para 5 viz., Er. B.P. Singh, K-36, II Floor, DDA Flats, Saket, New Delhi -110017 for evidence on behalf of the petitioner before the learned arbitrator. The matter is listed before the arbitrator on 27th November, 2017 and an application was moved under Section 27 of the Act before the learned Arbitrator wherein the respondent gave no objection for allowing of the application and qua summoning of the witnesses. Hence this petition is moved. Respondent has already been served as stated by learned counsel for the petitioner and per

postal receipts filed along with the memo of parties. In view of the submissions made and in view of the no objection given by respondent recorded in order dated 24.10.2017, Er. B.P. Singh is hereby directed to be summoned as a witness to appear before the learned arbitrator for the purpose of recording of evidence on 27th November, 2017.

The petition is disposed of in above terms.
