O R D E R

% 10.11.2017 The petitioner's grievance is i) that his complaint to the police apropos alleged intrusion into his property by some trouble makers and trespassers has not been looked into and ii) that the area police have restrained him from repairing the boundary wall of his property of which he claims to be bonafide lawful owner by virtue of this Court's order dated 01.08.2016 in RSA No. 360/2015. The learned counsel for the State submits that the case is primarily of a civil nature.

At request of the petitioner this petition shall be treated as a representation by the complainant to the Deputy Commissioner of Police of the area concerned, who shall look into the matter and take action as per law within four weeks from today. The petition is disposed off accordingly.
