% 15.11.2017 At the outset, learned counsel for respondents raises a jurisdictional issue by pointing out that in view of Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, this petition is not maintainable before this Court and the remedy available to petitioner is to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, Delhi. Aforesaid position is rightly not contested by petitioner's counsel.

In view of aforesaid, this petition is disposed of while relegating petitioner to avail of the remedies before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Delhi.

With aforesaid direction, this petition and the applications are disposed of.
