Learned Counsel for the Respondent/landlord submits that he has examined the objection that is raised by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner/tenant and fairly concedes that the subject premises do not fall within the jurisdiction of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958. He thus submits that he will be required to file fresh proceedings in accordance with law and he may be granted liberty for the same.

In view of the submissions, this Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the Respondent/landlord to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law for the redressal of his grievances. 3.

The Respondent/landlord shall be at liberty to file an appropriate Application under Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963, albeit in accordance with law.
