Learned Addl. PP points out that the passport has been applied by the petitioner in the name of Paul Ojemudia whereas the name given by the petitioner at the time of his arrest was - Ejime David. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Ejime David is alias of the petitioner and he prays for time to file an affidavit clarifying the position. Let the same be filed within 10 days. 4.
