This is an application filed by the petitioner, inter alia, praying that the order dated 05.12.2019 passed by this Court be modified to the extent of reducing the amount of personal bond and the surety bonds from ₹20,000/- to ₹10,000/-.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Paragraph no. 5 of the said order is modified to read as under:- "The appellant shall be released on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- and two sureties of an equivalent amount to the satisfaction

of the concerned Jail Superintendent.
