Before the Mediation Centre attached to the Karkardooma Courts Delhi a settlement has taken place between petitioner No.1 : Jagdamba Prasad Rai and respondent No.2 : Pushpa.
The two being united by a matrimonial bond which unfortunately has fallen foul. 2.
Various proceeding inter-se the parties were agreed to be withdrawn by each other upon petitioner No.6 conveying title of property bearing No.A-63-B Gali No.8, Bhajan Pura Shahdara Delhi-53 in favour of respondent No.2. I note that petitioner No.6 is the husband of the sister of petitioner No.1. Admittedly the conveyance has taken place and today in Court chain of title documents under which petitioner No.6 became the owner of the property conveyed have been handed over to learned counsel Crl.M.C.No.4182/2015
for R-2.

The settlement envisages complaint resulting in FIR No.158/05, PS Bhajan Pura for offences punishable under Section 498A/406/34 IPC and for offences punishable under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act to be quashed.

The settlement envisages all inter-se proceedings to be withdrawn and since there is no clarity whether inter-se proceedings have been withdrawn, it would be a term of the present order that the proceedings inter-se are deemed to be withdrawn. If any party attempts to pursue the proceedings initiated by the party the present order quashing the FIR qua said party would be deemed to be withdrawn.

Respondent No.2 is present in Court.
Her signatures have been obtained on the order sheet.
Lest any issue arises qua her consent her counsel Sh.P.K.Sharma has identified her signatures. Petitioner No.1 is present in Court who has likewise signed the present order and identified by his counsel.

FIR No.158/2005 PS Bhajan Pura and proceedings emanated therefrom are quashed Crl.M.A.No.14961/2015 In view of the order above allowing Crl.M.C.No.4182/2015 instant application is disposed of as infructuous.
