% 04.01.2018 By this petition, petitioner has prayed for cancellation of interim bail granted to the respondent nos. 3 and 4 by the trial court. This petition has virtually become infructuous since interim bail period of respondent no. 3, is expiring on 5th January, 2018. As regards respondent no.4 is concerned, he has already been granted regular bail by a subsequent order. Accordingly, present petition for cancellation of interim bails of respondent nos.3 and 4 is not entertained. Petition is dismissed.
