% 13.01.2017 This is a transfer petition filed under Section 24 CPC. The parties have now filed a joint application stating that the three suits which are pending in different courts pertaining to the same suit property and between the same contesting parties may be transferred to any of the single court. The details of the matters are as follows:- "i) "Shri D.P. Arya versus Shri Uday Veer and Ors." being Suit No. 299/2014 pending in the Court of Ms. Kaveri Baweja, Ltd. Addl. District Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. ii) "Shri D.P. Arya versus Shri Uday Veer and Ors." being Suit No. 235/14/2011 pending in the Court of Shri Mahavir Singhal, Ltd. Addl. District Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

iii) "Shri Uday Veer and Ors versus Shri D.P. Arya" being Suit No. 176/15/2007 pending in the Court of Dr. Harish Kumar, Ltd. Addl. District Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

In view of the fact that the three suits pertain to the same property and are contested by the same parties, it would be in the interest of justice, these suits be heard by the same court.

Accordingly, the three suits be heard by Ms. Kaveri Baweja, learned Addl. District Judge, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. The other two suits as stated above may accordingly, be transferred to the court of Ms. Kaveri Baweja, learned Addl. District Judge, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. Let all the three matters be heard together.

In view of the above, the petition and all pending applications stand disposed of.
