% 03.11.2017 It is submitted that petitioners were travelling in a swift car; whereas respondent no.2 was going on a motorcycle. Due to heavy rush, handle of the respondent no.2's motorcycle touched the side view mirror of aforesaid swift car of the petitioners. Quarrel ensued between the petitioners and respondent no.2 wherein respondent no.2 sustained minor injuries. This incident led to registration of FIR No.

549/2017 under Sections 354/323/341/34 IPC at police station Rajouri Garden against the petitioners, on the complaint of respondent no.2.

It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by the Investigating Officer of police station Rajouri Garden. Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed, subject to cost of `10,000/- to be deposited by each petitioner with the Welfare Fund for Children & Destitute Women at Nirmal Chayya, Tihar Jail Complex, New Delhi within two weeks. Receipts, evidencing deposit of cost, be handed over to the Investigating Officer.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
