% 12.12.2017 Instant contempt petition was filed alleging violation of the order dated 6.6.2014 that was modified on 31.7.2015. In pursuance of the directions given to carry out the review DPC, a memorandum dated 6.10.2017 has come to be issued and placed on record before this Court. Petitioner appearing in person submits that the decision is not correctly taken. In the event, the conclusions arrived at are bad in law, the remedy available to the petitioner is to agitate any such plea before the concerned Court. Suffice to say, the instant proceedings are only contempt proceedings, which proceed on the premise of wilful disobedience of the orders of the Court. Petition is therefore, disposed off, reserving liberty to the petitioner to have legal recourse against the memorandum dated 6.10.2017, if, available under law. A. K. CHAWLA, J DECEMBER 12, 2017 rc
