Ms.Rathi, learned counsel for the respondent who appears on advance notice, has no objection to this course of action.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2017 and pass a reasoned and speaking order within eight
