% 19.08.2019 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that basically this writ petition challenges Section 164(2)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013. Nonetheless, as per the scheme floated by the respondents, namely, Condonation of Delay Scheme - 2018, the petitioners have already taken benefit and hence the counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition at this stage.
In view of this submission and looking to the fact that the petitioners have already taken benefit of Condonation of Delay Scheme - 2018, the petition is disposed of as not pressed at this stage. The other pending applications also stand disposed of. CHIEF JUSTICE C.HARI SHANKAR, J AUGUST 19, 2019/'anb'
