Matter has been settled between petitioner and complainant in the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 23rd September, 2016.

Settlement Agreement has been received from the mediation centre.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and complainant, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO concerned.
