% 04.10.2018 By the present petition the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 601/2017 under Sections 506/34 IPC and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act registered at PS Seemapuri, Delhi on the complaint of Respondent No.2 and the proceedings pursuant thereto on the ground that the parties have settled the matter.

After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
