% 15.02.2019 CM APPL. 7239/2019 This is an application seeking release of the amount deposited by the appellant which stands deposited in compliance with the terms of the settlement as recorded in the order dated 06.09.2018. Notice. Counsel for the non-applicant accepts notice. He submits that the terms of the settlement stand complied with, and he has no objection if the amount together with interest accrued thereon is released in favour of the applicant.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to release the amount in favour of the applicant without any further notice, upon proper verification. MAT.APP.(F.C.) 191/2017 In view of the orders passed in CM Appl. 7239/2019, no further orders are required in the matter.

The appeal stands disposed of.
