% 18.11.2019 CRL. M.A. 40407/2019 (restoration) A perusal of order dated 23.01.2019 shows that learned counsel for the respondent had requested for posting of this matter to another date to ensure encashment of two PDCs of ₹ 89,50,000/- bearing No. 000369 and ₹15,00,000/- bearing No. 000370 both dated 20.04.2019. Accordingly, the petitions were disposed of with the rider that in case the aforesaid two post dated cheques are dishonoured, then the effected party is at liberty to get the petitions revived.

Learned counsel for the respondent today submits that the aforementioned PDCs got dishonoured on 29.06.2019 Accordingly, the petitions CRL.M.C. 4511/2017and CRL.M.C. 4516/2017 stand revived.
